[Publisher/Admin] How to Send a Case/Transaction Direct Link for your signer(s)

1.0 Objective

The purpose of this document is to demonstrate how and when a launch code can be used. On rare occasions, when sending an agreement via Advisor360 Express, the email is not received by the recipient. The options are to a) verify that the email address is correct and resend or b) provide a link along with  launch link(direct link) & launch code to access the agreement.

3.0 Intended Audience

Workspace Publishers and Company Administrators (typically someone sending agreements using Advisor360)

4.0 Instructions

4.1 Retrieving the launch code

1.) Select the applicable agreement.

2.) Select Resend in the Action Menu.

3.) Copy the URL and launch code from the Resend pop-up. Email the link to your recipient, then share the launch code with them directly.

*note: Launch Code is only valid for 1 hour.

It is important to note that a launch code is only active for one hour therefore it is recommended you call the recipient with the launch code. In addition, the launch code changes each time you or someone else selects Resend on agreement.
