This is the code being asked when a signer opens their document to sign
Two Factor Authentication/2FA for Signer in their Document Signing Session.

The prompt message below will appear when a signer opens their document to sign. Options: Text Me, Call Me, or I have code (can be requested from the publisher of the document).
Optional Settings: 1.) GENERATE_ACCESS_CODE This setting is to enable the overall ACCESS CODE feature.
2.) 2FA_GENERATE_CODE This setting is to Display the Access Code (with GENERATE) option in the RESEND Transaction section. see the screenshot below. 3.) RESEND_LAUNCH_CODE_EXPIRATION Description: Define the expiry time of resend launch/2FA_GENERATE_CODE codes (in minutes).
*default expiry length of 1 hour without this setup.

A.) If signer cannot receive an email, a launch link can be provided by the Advisor/Publisher, together with the Launch Code.

From the Workspace, click the check-box beside the AEX ID/CASE ID and press RESEND.

Optional: The "Verification Code " is a two-factor authentication (2FA) for Publishers and Company Administrators when logging into Advisor360 Express. |
Upon logging into the Express Workspace with a valid username and password, a user is presented with a two-factor authentication screen offering three options.
*Please note that 2FA is NOT turned on by default. This is a per company configuration for additional security. Required Company Setting: - TWO_STEP_VERIFICATION Description: Generates a random access code.
