Objective: The purpose of this document is to inform you on how to resend a transaction to an end user. You may need to do this in the following scenarios: Your client did not receive your email, your client received the email a while ago but just wants it “at the top of their inbox” or…?
Intended Audience: Publishers or Company Administrators of Advisor360 Express
Instructions
1.) In Workspace, select the Transaction that you would like to resend.
2.) Select Resend in the Action menu.
3. Select the individual to whom you would like to resend the agreement.
Click the check-box -> Press RESEND button (This will trigger a new email for the whole case).
*note:
- You will only need to RESEND one transaction (from a case). As the link in the email will point to the whole case.
- Only the chosen/checked signer will receive the email.
- If there are multiple signers and one signer has already signed, only choose the signer who has not yet signed their document, then press RESEND button.
Behavior of the RESEND on email information (Request to Sign):
- Sender Information: Sender name (Publisher’s registered First & Last Name) AND donotreply@advisor360.com (as the default/generic email address to display).
- Reply to/To Information: publisher’s email - If I reply to the "Request To Sign" email, the TO/REPLY TO will point to the real email-address of the Publisher/Sender & NOT to "donotreply@advisor360.com".
These behaviors will apply with the pre-condition Company Setting:
Company setting configs: EMAIL_REPLY_TO = Enable; Company email mask is blank
