This guide will show you how to access the action bar and a brief overview of the actions that are currently available in the Workspace.

5.1 How to Activate the Action Bar
- Select a checkbox on any agreement
- A bar will appear across the top of the grid with available actions

If multiple Agreements have been selected, the Action bar will update to display only the actions that are supported in bulk.

| Change Signer | Sent, Active |
Change the signer of the Agreement selected. All signing blocks within the selected agreement will be updated. When the selected agreement is part of a larger case, a second prompt will present you with the option to update the selected signer for each transaction within the case. If your company has EAP enabled, you will be prompted to enter a phone number for the new signer. |

Resend the Request to Sign e-mail to the current Signer. If multiple signers are available you will be prompted to select signers to resend the the request. Launch Codes can be found from this dialog and used to manually share a document with a signer. |

| Copy | All Status |
Copy the data from the selected transaction to launch a new transaction. *note: This Only works for individual transaction, and will only copy the data. This means that the data will be transposed to the initial creation of a transaction (*Starts from the Launch Folder -> Landing Page (*If configured in the transaction workflow) -> Signing Document). |

| Copy Case | All Status; with multiple transactions in a Case |
Copy selected transactions to launch a new case with the same transactions (whole case) and data. If the transactions have both Landing Pages & Signing Documents as part of its workflow, the newly Case will be copied into the same state as the original (ie, Signing documents to Signing documents). Any signatures completed will be reverted back to an unsigned state so that it can be sent again to a client. |
Available when multiple transactions have been selected within a Case. Not available if transactions are selected across multiple Cases for confidentiality reasons. |

Open the current transaction the document as a signer using your current device. If multiple signers are available you will be prompted to select one. Your Workspace will be logged out of your current session for security purposes. |
