Not usually however a company may have set passwords for their users (including those they sent an agreement to) to expire. If so, you will be notified when it's expiring with a change password link. Passwords can be changed at any time through the methods mentioned above.I have forgotten my password. How can I reset it?
Access the login page https://aex.advisor360.com, and hit Forgot Password. Enter your email-address account and press SEND button. It will send you the Reset Password Instruction.
What are the requirements for an Advisor360 Express password?
Advisor360 Express passwords must be at least 6 characters long however companies may have set their own requirements. When creating or changing your password you will be prompted with the requirements. See the Defaults below:
I updated my password, and I'm sure I'm typing it in correctly, but I keep getting the "Incorrect Username or Password" error when I try to log in. Why?
Accounts under Advisor360 Express are broken down into three different roles: User, Publisher, and Company Administrator.
While Publishers and Company Administrators can log into https://aex.advisor360.com, accounts with the role of User cannot. User accounts can only view and sign agreements that are sent to them, but upon attempting to sign into the main website, the "Incorrect Username or Password" error will occur.
If you believe that you need to have publisher or administrator access, please reach out to an administrator of your company and ask to elevate your account's role.
If you are getting this error while signing, despite successfully resetting your password, please reach out to your Administrator or support.
