Lastpass Add-on/Extension issue

Please advise the signer to turn off Lastpass Extension for A360 Express site/URL. This add-on has a potential risk to conflict with the Advisor360 Express signing session and default values.

To disable the Lastpass add-on for the A360 Express website. See the steps are below:

1.) In one of the fields with the icon of Lastpass  -> Press the LastPass Red Icon -> Press "Turn Off LastPass for this site"

2.) Press "Turn Off for this site"

3.) Press the red button "Turn Off".

4.) Once the Icon is gone, refresh the session and start to fill in the remaining required fields and signature blocks.
